What changes
Less distraction. Deeper sleep.
40 Hz Gamma beats guide your brain into sustained attention — two hours of deep work feel like thirty minutes. At night, Delta waves below 4 Hz extend deep sleep so you wake up actually rested. Every frequency is precise to the Hz, and you see the number on every sound.
What the research says
Backed by peer-reviewed studies
A meta-analysis of 22 studies found a medium, consistent effect of binaural beats on memory, attention and anxiety.
Garcia-Argibay et al., Psychological Research, 201940 Hz Gamma beats, played before and during a task, narrowed the focus of attention toward details.
Colzato et al., Psychological Research, 2017Anxiety before surgery dropped 26% with binaural beats, versus 11% with the same audio without them.
Padmanabhan et al., Anaesthesia, 2005A 3 Hz Delta beat lengthened deep sleep (stage N3) compared with a silent placebo.
Jirakittayakorn & Wongsawat, Front. Hum. Neurosci., 2018Results vary from person to person, and the research is still evolving. Studies saw stronger effects when listening started before the task, not only during it.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What are binaural beats?
Two tones with slightly different frequencies, one in each ear. Your brain perceives the difference as a pulse: 220 Hz and 260 Hz become a 40 Hz beat.
Which frequency is best for focus?
40 Hz Gamma and Beta (13 to 30 Hz) are the focus ranges. Start with 40 Hz Gamma Focus; for lighter work, try Calm Focus at 12 Hz.
Do I need headphones?
For binaural beats, yes. Isochronic mode pulses the tone on and off and works on speakers.
Does it work for everyone?
No. Studies show average effects, and some people feel little. That is why the first sound in each goal is free and the annual plan starts with 3 days free.
Is it safe?
Ondara is for relaxation and well-being, not a medical device. If you have epilepsy or a heart condition, talk to your doctor first. Do not use while driving.
